The setup fee ($190) covers the kickoff call, an account review, your brand motion guide, an animated logo for reel endings and the first month's plan. It is work done up front that stays with you, which is why it is non-refundable.

Yes. The change applies from the next month, because the current month's plan is already approved. You can move up at any time, and down after the minimum term.
Yes. The subscription gets cheaper in steps for every stretch without a break: 3 months: 5%, 6 months: 10%, 9 months: 15%, 12 months: 20%, 18 months: 25%, 24 months and more: 30%. The discount covers the account's whole subscription, is recalculated at every renewal and does not apply to the setup fee. A pause moves your tenure by its length, and cancelling the contract resets it.
Yes, once per calendar year, for 1, 2 or 3 months. You set the pause in the panel under Billing. It starts at the next renewal, and no earlier than the end of the 3-month minimum term. During the pause we don't post, don't prepare a plan and don't invoice, and your tenure waits and carries on afterwards.
We don't set up campaigns or manage ad budgets. In Pro you get reel cuts for ads in 4:5 and 1:1, ready to use in your own campaigns.
